Did you submit a question and are wondering where your answer is? Check those pesky spam folders—90% of the time they’re lurking in there! If not, hang tight: per the terms & agreements, Shallon will reply within 10 days! If it’s been longer than that, please reach out to support@shallonlester.com to speak with support. Sometimes glitches happen, but Team XO is here to make things right. 
 
Please note that opening up a PayPal or Stripe dispute against Shallon when she has already answered a question will result in you no longer being able to submit questions. Bummer.
